PETS
We understand—if you’re getting a getaway, your pet deserves one too! You can bring up to 3 potty-trained pets. Just make sure to add them to your reservation and pay the pet fee. There is a special dog area with a crate, food and water bowls, treats, and waste bags available. Please clean up after your pet before you leave and try to keep them off the furniture and carpeted areas.
PARKING:
Parking accommodates up to 4-5 vehicles. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway and also on the street – The house is situated on a quiet dead-end street, ensuring safety and minimal traffic.
The guest has full access to the entire property with the exception of the garage and half of the pool house. We will send a code prior to check-in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay.
Guests will self-check in with a code. But feel free to contact us anytime. We have a team close by that can assist with any issues/special requests.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. This is a private pool, and children should never be left unattended.
The front and back of the property is under surveillance via camera 24/7. Video doorbell with camera is next to the front door.
No parties or events are allowed. We do love hosting bachelorette/bachelor/wedding/family reunion parties, but only the number of guests registered are allowed on the property. Parties will result in an immediate cancellation.
No smoking inside the property.
Pool is not heated
If you’re bringing small pets (5-7 lbs): Please don’t leave them unattended in the backyard. We do have some local hawks who can snatch up small animals (including adorable fur babies). Yep, even in the city!
The charm of this place is that we’re nestled right next to a beautiful green belt, and with it comes a ton of wildlife. While hawk snatchings are pretty rare, they can happen. So, keep an eye on your small pets and enjoy the blend of urban life and nature.
