KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with appliances. Complementary coffee, K-cups, creamer, and sugar are provided. In addition, dish soap, hand soap, coffee filters, trash bags, and paper towels are stocked regularly.
PATIO & YARD:
The patio and yard provide some of the most breathtaking views of the Hill Country. Tucked into this scenic setting is an enchanting fireside retreat with a propane fire pit and swinging egg chairs – a magical, dreamy spot to relax, sip, and stargaze the night away.
Beneath the house, you’ll find a relaxation and play zone with hammock chairs, cornhole, and yoga mats—ideal for a mix of fun and downtime. Relax on the hammock chairs, watch the sunset, or catch a glimpse of the deer peeking around the woods.
Important Notes:
Please do not venture past the designated yard area, as the terrain beyond can be steep and dangerous. For safety and local regulations, only use the propane fire pit. Wood burning is prohibited in Canyon Lake during burn bans, which are very common. Watch children at all times, and please do not allow young children to explore the yard unsupervised.
PARKING:
Parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles. The driveway is on a steep slope, so the emergency parking brake should always be used. Feel free to also park at the top of the house right off the street.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of two closets. Guests will be provided with keyless entry code prior to arrival.
This home is on a septic system. Only biodegradable products can be flushed (i.e. no feminine hygiene products or any type of wipes). No large food or cooking grease down the kitchen sink.
Guests will self-check in with a code. But feel free to contact us anytime. We have a team close by that can assist with any issues/special requests.
Quiet, peaceful, dead-end street on top of a hill overlooking Canyon Lake. The house is located just 3 minutes from a small grocery store, gas station, several dining spots and the river and lake. Whitewater Amphitheater is a 5-minute drive. Tons of river tubing outfitters just minutes from the house. You can also go hiking or swimming at the Guadalupe River Trail only 1.5 miles from the home or take a dip at Overlook Park. Gruene and Wimberley are only 20 minutes from the home – perfect for a day trip. Plus tons of outdoor activities and great dining spots just minutes from the home.
The house has a very steep driveway so please make sure to use your parking brake. You are also welcome to park on the street right in front of the house. But please make sure you don’t park in front of any neighbors’ house. Canyon Lake is very easy to explore, but you will need your own car. Lyft and Uber is available in the area, but depending on the season wait times may be a little longer.
The front and back of the property is under surveillance via camera 24/7.
No parties or events are allowed. We do love hosting bachelorette/bachelor/wedding/family reunion parties, but only the number of guests registered are allowed on the property. Parties will result in an immediate cancellation.
